These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Listavio ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.

Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. Overages may apply for high-volume posting. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Social Account Connections

When you connect social media accounts, you grant us permission to store tokens and act on your behalf to enable posting and analytics, consistent with platform policies. You can revoke access at any time within the Service or the relevant platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: violating applicable laws or platform rules; infringing third-party rights; attempting to gain unauthorized access; or interfering with Service integrity.

Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the Service and related content. You retain rights to your content and grant us a limited license to operate the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics, ad platforms). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Listavio from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
